When purchasing a new property the last thing you want is to discover is that it has drains that fail or are in need of repairs, as it can be costly and disruptive. The best way to ensure you get a fuller picture of the system is to undertake a pre-purchase drainage survey to cover more than a usual survey would. Our drainage engineers will put a CCTV camera through the system to check for any faults and provide a full detailed report, including diagrams and recommendations.
